What You’ll Do Serve as a welcoming first point of contact for students, families, and visitors — in person and on the phone Help open and close the school, ensuring a polished, gallery-ready environment Check students into classes and onboard new members into the One River community Lead tours for prospective students and families, sharing our programs and creative philosophy Assist with scheduling class makeups and supporting calendar coordination Build strong relationships with members through thoughtful, attentive service Maintain the gallery presentation and confidently speak about student and professional artwork on display Ensure smooth student pickup and communicate with parents/guardians when needed Support enrollments, schedule changes, freezes, and other student service needs Collaborate with instructors and leadership on projects related to programming, marketing, design, and operations Who You Are Passionate about visual art, creative education, and community-driven spaces Comfortable engaging with people of all ages with warmth and professionalism Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in an active environment Positive, collaborative, and motivated to contribute to a strong team culture Available for some evening and weekend shifts Customer service or administrative experience is helpful, but we’re happy to train candidates who bring the right creative mindset and interpersonal strengths. Benefits include 20 days paid vacation leave; 10 days paid sick leave; 11 paid holidays; and 3 paid personal days; participation in a 401(k) savings plans, life insurance; medical/health (including visual and dental); transit, health, and dependent care FSA; and pension plan.
