Chef Manager – Hereford £35,000 per annum Monday–Friday 42 weeks per year We're recruiting for an experienced Chef Manager to lead a busy, high-volume education kitchen in Hereford. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on chef and natural leader to take ownership of the kitchen operation, delivering fresh, seasonal and nutritious food to hundreds of students while leading and developing a talented catering team. The Role Lead and motivate the kitchen and catering team. Deliver high-quality, fresh food at volume. Plan creative menus and manage dietary requirements. Oversee stock, ordering, budgets, waste and compliance. Maintain excellent food hygiene, health & safety and service standards. Build strong relationships with the school and key stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement across the food and service offer. About You We're looking for a confident, hands-on Chef Manager, Catering Manager or Senior Chef with experience in education, contract catering or another high-volume environment . You'll need strong leadership skills, experience with menu planning and kitchen management, and a genuine passion for delivering great food and high standards.
