3 Month FTC | Immediate Start | Hybrid Working We're supporting a well-established professional services organisation in the search for an experienced HR Services Advisor to join the team on a 3-month fixed-term basis. This is a varied, client-facing role providing practical HR advice and guidance across a broad range of employee relations and employment law matters. Key Responsibilities • Provide HR advice and support to clients across a range of industries., • Manage a variety of Employee Relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence and performance matters., • Deliver commercially focused, practical employment law guidance., • Review and update HR documentation, policies and letters., • Build strong relationships with clients and deliver an excellent advisory service., • Maintain accurate case records and work within agreed service levels. About You We're looking for someone who has: • Previous experience in an HR Advisor role., • Strong Employee Relations experience., • Good working knowledge of UK employment law., • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills., • The ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently., • CIPD qualification (Level 5 and above) This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team where you'll make an immediate impact while working in a collaborative and professional environment.
