Elevation HR are excited to be recruiting a HR Advisor for a growing manufacturing & construction business based in Doncaster on a full-time, permanent basis. \n \n Reporting into the HR Business Partner, this is a brand-new role created as a result of continued growth, offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a thriving business. You'll play a key role in supporting the business, with a strong focus on Employee Relations while contributing across the full employee lifecycle. \n \n Benefits as a HR Advisor include: \n\n • 25 Days Annual Leave plus Bank Holidays\n, • Hybrid Working - 1 Day Working from home\n, • Flexible start/finish times\n, • Holiday Purchasing Scheme\n, • Pension - Matched up to 8%\n, • Enhanced family leave\n, • Cycle to work scheme\n, • Health & wellbeing initiatives\n\n \n You’ll join an established HR team within a large multi-site manufacturing business, supporting managers, and helping to build capability across the organisation including: \n \n\n • Partnering with managers to provide practical guidance on people management and employee relations issues.\n, • Delivering consistent, commercially focused HR advice in line with company policy and employment legislation.\n, • Supporting absence management processes, including Occupational Health referrals and return-to-work planning.\n, • Analysing HR data and trends to provide insights and support informed decision-making.\n, • Contributing to HR projects, process improvements and the consistent application of HR policies across the business.\n, • Managing a busy Employee Relations caseload covering absence, performance, disciplinary and grievance matters.\n, • Conducting investigations and providing support through formal HR processes and hearings.\n\n \n What we’re looking for: \n\n • Strong HR generalist experience with solid ER exposure\n, • Confident managing a busy, high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment\n, • CIPD qualified or working towards\n, • Strong knowledge of UK employment law\n, • Full UK driving licence\n\n \n The Opportunity \n This is a busy, hands-on HR role where no two days are the same.
