We are looking for an organised, professional, and customer-focused Resident Liaison Administrator to join our team. Role Overview The successful candidate will provide administrative support while acting as the first point of contact for residents. This role requires excellent organisational skills, confidence communicating with the public, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities • Create, maintain, and update Excel spreadsheets and project trackers accurately., • Contact residents by telephone to arrange appointments for planned construction works and property surveys., • Liaise with residents professionally, answering queries and providing updates on scheduled works., • Prepare, print, and post letters and other correspondence to residents., • Maintain accurate records of appointments, communications, and project progress., • Support the Resident Liaison team with general administrative duties., • Ensure all resident information is handled confidentially and in accordance with company procedures., • Work closely with site teams and project managers to ensure appointments and communications are coordinated efficiently. Essential Requirements • Previous experience in an administrative or Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) support role is desirable., • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including creating and updating spreadsheets and trackers., • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail., • Confident telephone manner with experience booking appointments and communicating with customers., • Excellent written and spoken English., • Ability to prioritise workload and work independently., • Professional, friendly, and customer-focused approach., • Full UK driving licence is essential. Desirable • Experience within the construction, social housing, or property maintenance sector., • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Outlook., • Experience working with residents and coordinating appointments.
