Reporting to the Sales Manager, duties to include: • Identify and secure new business opportunities across target markets, • Build, nurture, and expand long‑term client relationships, • Identify and secure new business opportunities, • Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to inform strategy, • Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, samples, and print solutions to clients, • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation, • Deliver tailored proposals and presentations to senior stakeholders, • Collaborate closely with recruitment teams to ensure seamless delivery, • Maintain accurate pipeline reporting, revenue forecasting and CRM updates, • Re‑engage dormant accounts to maximise commercial potential, • Represent the brand at industry events, meetings, and networking forums As a successful candidate you will have previous sales, account management or customer service experience, be a confident communicator with commercial instinct, resilience, and a consultative approach. Someone who understands the value of relationship‑building, can spot opportunities quickly, and is motivated by achieving results that genuinely impact business growth. A background within the printing or graphic design industry could be beneficial but not essential. Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 Basic, OTE: £40,000 - £50,000
