Job Description The Care Coordinator is responsible for assessing the strengths and needs of clients enrolled in the Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) program. This role includes linking clients with appropriate resources, developing individualized housing and service plans, and monitoring progress toward the goals established in those plans. The Care Coordinator empowers clients on their path to self-sufficiency by providing trauma-informed care, practicing active listening, and supporting client engagement. They play a key role in connecting clients to essential services, including medical and mental health care, substance use treatment, financial assistance, and other supportive programs. In addition, the Care Coordinator is responsible for documenting client progress and maintaining accurate records in alignment with organizational standards. This role will integral to performing weld developments on Helios' main structural tank, Deneb’s thrust chamber and preburner assemblies, and valve components across all of our vehicles. The welding engineer in this role will interface daily with design and manufacturing engineers to make welding judgment calls and improvements and will enforce standardized practices and procedures on multiple welded assemblies. Helios is Impulse's new vehicle, a 3rd stage/kick stage. Launching in 2026, it is designed to take satellites & payloads to GEO for 1/3rd of today's current cost. Deneb is Impulse’s 15k lb thrust lox methane staged combustion engine. QUALIFICATIONS Preferred qualifications include: • At least 60 college credits, where required by the applicable assignment or site;, • Experience playing, coaching, instructing, or officiating volleyball at the recreational, scholastic, collegiate, or competitive level;, • Experience teaching, tutoring, coaching, mentoring, or leading activities with school-age students;, • Strong communication, organization, and classroom or group facilitation skills;, • Availability to provide services for the accepted assignment schedule and communicate schedule issues as soon as reasonably practicable; and, • Ability to safely demonstrate volleyball skills while fostering teamwork, confidence, sportsmanship, and positive student engagement. MATERIALS AND RESOURCES Assignments may utilize school-provided volleyballs, nets, court equipment, cones, training aids, curriculum resources, lesson plans, and other instructional materials, where available. Contractors may use their own instructional methods and materials when appropriate, safe, age-appropriate, lawful, and consistent with the assignment scope and site requirements. Purchases requiring reimbursement must be approved in writing by Concorde before they are incurred. COMPENSATION Compensation varies by assignment and agreed contractor terms.
