Job Description Commercial Refrigeration Service Technician A growing HVAC and refrigeration service organization is seeking an experienced Commercial Refrigeration Technician to join its team. What We Offer • $35–$50/hour, depending on experience, • Sign-on bonus up to $5,000, • Shift premiums of up to 15%, • Paid training and ongoing education, • Medical, dental, vision, prescription, 401(k), paid vacation and holidays, • Quarterly bonus opportunities and tuition reimbursement, • Employee discounts and additional perks, • Consistent, year-round commercial work Key Responsibilities • Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration and HVAC equipment, • Service compressors, pumps, air handlers, condensers, ice machines, furnaces, motors, and controls, • Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot electrical/mechanical systems, • Complete installations, startups, minor construction, and remodeling projects, • Maintain accurate service records and job documentation, • Safely operate a company vehicle and provide emergency/on-call support Qualifications • High school diploma/GED, • EPA certification required, • 5+ years of commercial refrigeration experience, • Supermarket or convenience-store refrigeration experience preferred, • Experience with single systems, rack systems, display cases, and walk-in boxes, • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently, • Valid driver's license and good driving record To apply send resume to You can expect a quick response once I receive your resume.
