Job Description Legal Operations Coordinator Location Bedford, TX | Onsite COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE • Up to $25/hour, • Full-time | Standard business hours, • Temp-to-perm, • Immediate start ROLE IMPACT Some people notice details. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Review and process litigation documents with exceptional accuracy., • Analyze reports, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues before they impact workflow., • Coordinate documentation with vendors and internal business partners., • Help improve processes to increase efficiency, quality, and compliance., • Support onboarding and training by reinforcing best practices and new procedures., • Serve as a trusted resource who promotes consistency, accountability, and operational excellence. WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO... • Has experience in legal support, banking, mortgage, title, insurance, compliance, finance, or another document-intensive environment., • Has advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, reporting, and data analysis., • Is known for exceptional attention to detail, critical thinking, ownership, and helping others succeed. PREFERRED SKILLS • Experience training, mentoring, or coaching teammates., • Process improvement mindset with a focus on operational excellence., • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain procedures and influence positive outcomes.
