Job Description Shindigs is where great food, cold drinks, live music, and good times come together — and behind every great bartender is a great barback helping keep the bar moving. We’re looking for an energetic, dependable Barback who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn’t afraid to hustle. This is a hands-on position for someone who notices what needs to be done, stays one step ahead of the bartenders, and takes pride in keeping the bar stocked, clean, and ready for whatever the night brings.
