Shift Pattern\n Rotating shifts every 2 weeks: \n\n • Day Shift: 05:45 - 18:15\n, • Night Shift: 17:45 - 06:15\n\n Overtime opportunities are available. About the Role\n As a Multi-Skilled Engineer you will become part of a skilled on-site engineering team responsible for both planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdown support across a wide range of manufacturing equipment and site facilities. \n This shift-based role requires a proactive and technically capable engineer with strong electrical and mechanical maintenance skills, excellent fault-finding ability, and a commitment to maintaining high operational standards. Key Responsibilities\n\n • Complete work orders / jobs allocated to you on the CMMS system on daily basis.\n, • Carry out maintenance works according to site safety procedures and risk assessments\n, • Follow and comply with the company stores policy\n, • Identify and raise requisitions for spares used through the operations administrator\n, • Complete allocated PPM tasks and submitted PPM reports to the Asset Care lead\n, • Problem solve and trouble shoot issues specific on individual production equipment to help the plan performance to reach KPIs\n, • Carry out continuous improvement tasks identified\n, • Supervise contractors on site for specific task and take responsibility for them whilst on site\n, • Issue and close work permit if authorised to do so\n, • Use workshop tools and equipment to carry out repair works as per safe working procedures\n, • Complete installation works as and when required related to site improvements\n, • Always maintain tools and equipment in the workshop in good working order\n, • Comply with site technical and food safety standards\n, • General housekeeping duties for workshops and common areas covered by engineering\n, • Maintain critical infrastructure on site as required\nEssential Qualifications & Experience - Multi-Skilled Engineer \n To be considered for this position, you must have: \n \n\n • Electrical and Mechanical qualified within the following range Degree /HND/HNC/OND/ONC/Btech or level 3 NVQ or above\n, • 18th edition wiring regulation, City & Guilds 236/2360 parts 1,2 and C (electrical installation or similar)\n\n\n, • Experience working on mechanical and electrical aspects of machines and setting up of production equipment\n, • FLT licence\n, • PC/IT literate\n, • Relevant experience or certification in machine operation / Engineering operations\n, • Proven industry experience in a manufacturing or production environment\n, • IOSH or equivalent safety certified\n\n Benefits \n\n • Bonus paid twice a year\n, • 25 days holiday (rising with service)\n, • 4% company pension contribution\n, • MediCash scheme\n, • Service awards\n, • Staff product samples\n, • Annual BBQ & flu vaccine\n, • Plus many more benefits\nHow to Apply\n If you are an experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer ready to take the next step in your career, we would love to hear from you. \n Apply today by submitting your CV.
