Essential experience • Proven experience delivering refurbishment, development or capital projects across a multi-site estate., • Experience managing project budgets, programmes, contractors, consultants and professional advisers., • Strong knowledge of construction, project delivery, planning processes, Building Regulations and CDM requirements., • Excellent planning, organisation and communication skills., • Commercial awareness and experience managing project costs and contractor performance., • A relevant qualification in construction, property, design, engineering or project management, or equivalent industry experience.
