Resident support • Conduct regular face-to-face support sessions with allocated residents., • Complete and review Individual Support Plans and Support & Move-On Plans within required timescales., • Maintain accurate support logs and electronic resident records., • Help residents develop independent living and life skills, including budgeting and financial management., • Assist with Housing Benefit and Universal Credit matters, rent arrears and benefit issues where required., • Support residents with education, training, employment, housing and move-on options., • Encourage residents to engage with agreed support plans., • Identify safeguarding or welfare concerns and escalate them appropriately., • Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.
