Key Responsibilities • Represent the voice of the guest by monitoring and responding to all social media comments, direct messages and reviews with professionalism and warmth., • Effectively plan social media posts to ensure we have a consistent schedule of market leading content., • Create and execute content for main channels including Instagram & Tiktok, both organic and paid., • Develop relationships with third parties - basic knowledge of influencer marketing and PR., • Uphold the values and culture of Permanently Unique Group, contributing to a positive, high-performing team., • Support the delivery of marketing campaigns and events that drive measurable revenue, reservations, and brand engagement across all brands and venues., • Work closely with the wider marketing team to align social and digital strategy with overall business objectives and financial performance., • Track and report on marketing ROl, highlighting opportunities to optimise spend and enhance commercial performance., • Support the implementation of an integrated social and communications strategy, ensuring marketing activities are delivered on time and to standard., • Shoot support. Skills & Experience Required • 1-3 years experience in a similar role, ideally within the hospitality industry., • Some knowledge of iPhone filming (UGC), CRM and Website support (wordpress) is required., • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects., • Proficiency with content creation tools is preferred (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing software, etc.), • Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics., • Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills., • A passion for food, drink, culture, and storytelling.

The successful candidate will oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, contractor coordination, quality assurance, compliance, and client communication to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
