Under the general direction of the Postsecondary Readiness Manager, the Regional Dual Credit Coordinator will assist the College and Career Pathways team with daily operations across all areas of dual credit/concurrent enrollment; coordinate with K12 district and higher education staff to identify and map regional dual credit pathways; lead or co-lead workgroups and professional learning communities around dual credit pathways; develop professional materials in alignment with districts, Institutions of Higher Education (IHE)s, and workforce partners. The Ideal candidate excels at translating complex dual credit, pathways, and data information accessible and actionable for partners, educators, students and families, and is deeply passionate about increasing postsecondary readiness and expanding equitable college and career opportunities for all youth across Southwest Washington. They are highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously and thriving in collaborative environments. As a strong communicator and relationship builder, they effectively build trust and facilitate partnerships across K12 schools, higher education, workforce, and community organizations to support shared goals, solve complex challenges, and create equitable postsecondary opportunities for youth. Salary: The annual compensation range for this position is $68,762.89 - $83,670.02. Offers are made at the beginning of the range. Effective 09/01/2026, the annual compensation range will be $70,558.08 - $85,852.41. Offers are made at the beginning of the range. Assignment: This position will be full-time, 220 days per year (a calendar of scheduled workdays will be provided). This is grant-funded position, currently funded through August of 2028 (Anticipated start date is August 24, 2026). A complete application will include: • Work history going back 10 years (if applicable), • At least three professional reference's contact information, • A Cover Letter expressing interest in the position, • A Resume that reflects work experience listed on application, • Evidence of an Bachelor's degree or higher (unofficial transcripts or copy of diploma) Essential Function: • Partner with K12 district partners to identify dual credit opportunities, including AP, CTE Dual Credit, College in the High School, and Running Start. Map alignments and articulations from K12 to postsecondary to high value credential pathways. Provide technical assistance in designing advising and family outreach strategies., • Partner with higher education partners to map regional dual credit pathways at 2- and 4-year institutions. Identify opportunities to develop alignment between higher education partners on regional dual credit pathways. Provide technical assistance on recruitment and transcription strategies., • Provide training to College and Career Pathways team, including leading or co-leading professional learning communities on dual credit transcription processes, pathways, and articulations. Provide additional support on daily K12 to Career operations, including team and relationship building, professional development, and annual reporting cycles., • Support the Regional Data Intermediary lead in compiling, analyzing data, and creating visualizations for regional and state dual credit data aligned with project research questions. Support data-driven decision making processes to increase student outcomes with regional partners., • Collaborate with the Career Pathways Coordinator to create sector-focused career pathways maps with integrated dual credit for use in student advising. Co-organize regional events such as the Purposeful Pathways Summit., • Develop materials and presentations for regional workgroups and PLCs, and identify opportunities to share work broadly at the regional, state, and national levels. Coordinate with regional, state, and national partners (e.g. Stand for Children and NCCR) on best practices around dual credit., • Serve as a Liaison between K12 dual credit instructors and college faculty. Develop and lead their professional development. Other Functions: • Assist districts with Memoranda of Understanding, articulation agreements, curriculum mapping or other early college documentation., • Maintain a consistent database of courses offered in regional K12 schools to improve redundancy., • Other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements: • Bachelor's degree or higher in education, counseling, college admissions, or a related field, • Three years' experience working in K12 schools or higher education., • Demonstrated familiarity with postsecondary pathways, including transcription and alignment of dual credit., • Experience in professional development and community engagement, with the ability to interact with and support stakeholders from K12, workforce and higher education. Preferred Qualifications: • Previous experience in project management, preferably in an educational setting., • Experience working with diverse, rural populations. Working Conditions: • Office, school, and community environments., • Frequent travel across the ESD112 region and the state.
