Find Your Passion and Purpose as an LVN/LPN Offer Based on Years of Experience What You Need to Know Under the supervision of an RN, the Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN) provides direct patient care. The LVN/LPN observes and documents the patient's medical progress and nursing status changes under the direction of a registered nurse. This position provides direct patient care to pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients. Be the Best LVN/LPN Nurse You Can Be If you meet these qualifications, we would love to meet you: • Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program, • Currently Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse in the state of agency operation, • One year of LVN/LPN work experience, • Ability to provide nursing visits according to the treatment as prescribed by the physician and provide and maintain paperwork to maintain accurate and complete medical records, • Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role, • Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations Responsibilities: As a LVN/LPN, you will: • Performs technical nursing functions and direct patient care consistent with the established plan of care and under the supervision of an RN., • Promotes and maintain optimal client care under the supervision of an RN., • Maintains a safe patient environment., • Identifies and communicates significant abnormalities in patients data to case manager and other appropriate home health team members., • Administers prescribed medications and treatments as permitted by law.
