This is an exceptional opportunity for a proactive, highly organized professional who enjoys managing complex litigation matters, working closely with attorneys, and providing outstanding client service. The firm represents individuals, churches, ministries, nonprofits, and businesses in a variety of litigation matters, including probate disputes, civil litigation, appellate matters, and organizational conflicts. Compensation & Benefits • Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 DOE, • Medical Insurance (HMO), • HSA available with firm contribution of up to $2,000 annually, • Dental Insurance, • Vision Insurance, • Flexible work hours, • No formal billable-hour requirement, • Opportunity for long-term growth and professional developmentAbout the Role This position will serve as a trusted right hand to a busy litigation attorney and play a critical role in keeping matters organized, moving efficiently, and delivering exceptional client service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing litigation matters from inception through trial.
