Job Description Position Summary All American Print Supply Co. is seeking a highly organized, accountable, and hands-on Branch Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our California branch while coordinating the company's trade shows, events, and related logistics. This position serves as the primary operational leader for the California branch and is responsible for ensuring that employees, facilities, customer-facing operations, and company events are managed efficiently and professionally. The Branch Operations Manager is expected to lead by example, maintain a productive and positive workplace environment, hold team members accountable to company expectations, resolve operational and customer issues, and ensure that directives from executive leadership are carried through to completion. This is a hands-on management position requiring strong follow-through, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Key Responsibilities Branch Operations & Management • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the California branch., • Provide direct management, supervision, and operational support to California branch team members., • Ensure employees are performing their assigned responsibilities effectively, professionally, and productively., • Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, timekeeping, workplace conduct, and adherence to company policies., • Address performance, accountability, and workplace conduct concerns promptly and escalate matters to appropriate leadership when necessary., • Help establish and maintain a professional, productive, respectful, and team-oriented workplace culture., • Ensure operational issues within the branch are identified and addressed proactively rather than waiting for executive leadership intervention., • Coordinate between departments to ensure branch-related tasks, projects, customer needs, and operational priorities are completed., • Maintain the overall organization, appearance, functionality, and operational readiness of the California facility., • Serve as the primary point of accountability for general California branch operations. Event Coordination & Execution • Coordinate company participation in trade shows, industry events, open houses, demonstrations, training events, and other company-sponsored events., • Manage event requirements and deadlines from initial planning through completion., • Book and coordinate required event services and elements, including:, • Booth electricity and electrical services, • Internet and connectivity services, • Signage and signage installation, • Material handling and related show services, • Equipment and booth requirements, • Furniture, fixtures, and other necessary event services, • Coordinate travel arrangements for participating team members, including flights and other transportation when applicable., • Coordinate hotel and lodging accommodations for participating team members., • Coordinate event setup and breakdown requirements., • Develop and maintain event schedules, deadlines, checklists, and logistical plans., • Coordinate with vendors, show organizers, contractors, freight providers, and internal departments as necessary., • Ensure equipment, displays, signage, marketing materials, supplies, and other required items arrive at events on schedule., • Help coordinate employee responsibilities and schedules for event setup, show days, and breakdown., • Monitor event-related expenses and ensure arrangements remain within approved budgets., • Provide leadership with regular updates regarding event readiness, outstanding requirements, deadlines, and potential issues. Customer Escalations & Customer Service • Serve as a management-level point of contact for escalated customer concerns., • Accept inbound customer calls transferred to management when escalation is required., • Professionally assess customer concerns and work with the appropriate departments to reach timely resolutions., • Handle in-person customer service matters at the California branch., • Assist customers with in-person orders, pickups, questions, concerns, and other branch-related needs., • Coordinate with Sales, Orders, Technical Support, Shipping, Purchasing, and other departments when resolving customer issues., • Exercise appropriate judgment when determining which customer matters require escalation to Directors, the Vice President, or Ownership., • Ensure customer concerns are documented and followed through until an appropriate resolution or handoff has occurred. Executive Leadership Support & Task Execution • Serve as a trusted operational representative of executive leadership within the California branch., • Execute projects, assignments, and operational directives delegated by Directors, the Vice President, and Company Owners., • Take ownership of delegated responsibilities and ensure assignments are completed accurately and within established deadlines., • Provide status updates to leadership without requiring repeated follow-up., • Identify obstacles that may prevent completion of an assigned task and proactively communicate recommended solutions., • Assist leadership with special projects, operational initiatives, facility projects, and other company priorities as assigned., • Ensure leadership decisions and operational expectations are properly communicated and implemented within the California branch. Qualifications • Prior experience in operations management, branch management, office management, event coordination, or a similar leadership role., • Demonstrated experience supervising and holding employees accountable., • Strong organizational and project-management skills., • Strong customer service and conflict-resolution abilities., • Ability to professionally manage escalated or difficult customer situations., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills., • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously., • Strong attention to detail and follow-through., • Comfortable coordinating travel, vendors, logistics, facilities, and event requirements., • Ability to work independently and make sound operational decisions., • Proficiency with common business software and communication platforms., • Willingness to travel for trade shows, events, and other company needs when required.
