Transportation CoordinatorSupport transportation operations, freight planning, carrier management, dispatch activities, and shipment tracking to support our transportation network moving efficiently. Drive carrier service performance in the region – on time pickup, on time delivery, and associated updates. Comfortable receiving 300+ emails a day, sending 100+ yourself, staying organized, and end the day with 0 unread emails. Work with Uber Freight to ensure delivery appointments are secured and dispatching is done in a timely manner to meet Primo Brands cost and service objectives. Excellent communication skills, orally and written, internally and externally, and comfortable delivering tough conversations at times. Ability to consistently manage multiple tasks at once, shift between them as needed, and prioritize accordingly. Quick learning and logical thinking skills. Able to take raw data, interpret it in Microsoft Excel, explain it in Microsoft Power Point, and be able to confidently speak to it. Comfortable asking questions to ensure understanding and able to “peel back the onion” to get to root cause of what happened, why, and who is responsible, when other parties may not be telling the whole picture. Work closely and cross functionally with Uber Freight, Warehouse Teams, Planning Teams, and Customer Service Tanker Fleets to drive day to day execution of the business and compliance (TCEQ). A willingness to continue to learn, not afraid to ask questions, and comfortable speaking up or leading meetings with various levels of leadership internally and externally. Experience in SAP preferred. Experience in a TMS platform preferred. Transportation experience preferred Open to working overtime, including weekends and afterhours, as needed. A “just do it” attitude with a drive to win and get the job done to support the business goals. All other tasks and duties as determined by the RTM and business objectives. Qualifications High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or associated field preferred but not required. Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Communication and interpersonal that are strong in both written and verbal form. The ability to multitask and have strong organizational skills. Willingness and want to learn. Successful in fast paced environment of competing priorities. Some travel may be required. Candidates must possess strong English language skills to effectively communicate with customers and provide exceptional service. Proficiency in English is essential for understanding customer needs, resolving inquiries, and collaborating with team members.
