About the Opportunity / A Day in the Life The Behavioral Health Technician / Behavioral Health Counselor provides direct supervision, therapeutic support, and daily structure to adolescent residents ages 12–17. Working the weekend overnight schedule, you focus on maintaining safety, monitoring behaviors, reinforcing routines, and contributing to a recovery-oriented residential environment. Across each awake overnight shift, you observe and document resident behaviors, support emotional regulation and coping skills, assist with activities of daily living, and monitor movement and transitions within the facility. You interact professionally with residents' families and collaborate closely with the clinical, nursing, and leadership teams to support treatment goals.
