Our client is a growing business based in Maidenhead with an expanding portfolio and an excellent reputation for developing its people. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a commercially minded Finance Manager to join their high-performing finance team. \n \n This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant who enjoys partnering with operational stakeholders, providing commercial insight, and influencing business decisions within a fast-paced environment. \n \n The Company \n Our client is experiencing an exciting period of growth and transformation, offering a collaborative and supportive culture where employees are encouraged to take ownership, contribute ideas and develop their careers. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders and gain exposure to strategic decision-making across the business. \n \n The Role \n Key responsibilities include: \n\n • Partner with operational teams to provide commercial financial support and influence key business decision.\n, • Prepare and maintain budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections and financial appraisals\n, • lMonitor financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities while providing meaningful recommendations.\n, • Produce accurate management information and support monthly reporting and business planning.\n, • Maintain robust financial controls and ensure the integrity of financial data.\n, • Support tax, audit and wider compliance requirements.\n, • Review project costs, profitability and business performance through insightful analysis.\n, • Build strong relationships across the business, presenting financial information clearly to senior stakeholders.\n, • Drive continuous improvements across finance processes, reporting and systems.\n, • Support and mentor junior finance team members while contributing to wider finance initiatives.\n\n \n About You \n\n • Fully qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA.\n, • Previous experience in a Finance Manager or Senior Management Accountant role\n, • Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis skills.\n, • Excellent business partnering and stakeholder management experience.\n, • Advanced Excel skills and strong financial systems knowledge.\n, • A proactive, commercially focused approach with excellent attention to detail.\n, • Experience within property, construction or another project-based environment would be advantageous but is not essential.\n\n \n What's on Offer \n\n • Hybrid working.\n, • Excellent career progression within a growing organisation.\n, • Exposure to senior leadership and strategic projects.\n, • Collaborative and supportive team culture.\n, • Competitive salary and benefits package.\n
