Assist with stock control, inventory management, and regular stock takes. Prepare product samples and assist with light production and packing activities. Operate warehouse equipment, including vacuum packing machinery and pallet trucks. Help maintain accurate warehouse records and documentation. Provide support with customer enquiries and order updates when required. Assist the wider sales and operations team with general administrative and operational tasks. Maintain high standards of health, safety, and housekeeping throughout the warehouse. About You We're looking for someone who has: A valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (essential). Previous experience within a warehouse, stores, or logistics environment. The ability to undertake manual handling tasks, including moving heavy products using appropriate equipment. Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail. Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office and email. A reliable, flexible, and positive approach to work. A willingness to learn and develop within the business. Desirable Experience While not essential, experience in any of the following would be advantageous: Food, beverage, or hospitality industries. Product sampling or quality control.
