Key Responsibilities • Develop creative concepts and designs for digital and print marketing materials., • Create graphics, layouts, advertisements, posters, brochures, menus, signage and other branded materials., • Design content for websites, social media, email campaigns and digital marketing platforms., • Use professional design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign., • Maintain consistency of branding, typography, colour and visual identity across all materials., • Convert creative briefs and business requirements into effective visual designs., • Prepare artwork and files suitable for digital publication and professional printing., • Manage multiple design projects and prioritise work according to deadlines., • Work with management, marketing and other departments to understand requirements and deliver creative solutions., • Review and incorporate feedback while maintaining design quality and brand consistency., • Maintain organised design files, templates and brand assets., • Keep up to date with current graphic design, digital media and visual communication trends. Skills and Experience Essential: • Relevant qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design or equivalent professional experience., • Previous professional experience in graphic design or a related creative role., • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign., • Strong understanding of typography, colour, composition, layout and branding., • Strong creative, conceptual and problem-solving skills., • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines., • Ability to manage multiple projects and respond effectively to feedback., • Good communication and teamwork skills., • Portfolio demonstrating relevant graphic design and visual communication work.
