\n Responsibilities\n \n • Lead the development and execution of Castrol’s global talent strategy\n, • Ensure the organisation is equipped with the leadership, capability, and culture required to deliver its business ambitions\n, • Shape and deliver a comprehensive talent agenda across three core pillars: Talent Management, Learning & Development, and Talent Acquisition\n, • Drive leadership development, succession planning, workforce capability, skills development, talent acquisition, and employee engagement\n, • Translate business priorities into practical talent strategies, using insight, data and strong engagement\n, • Lead the design and implementation of global talent management programmes, including succession planning, performance management, leadership development, and high‑potential talent strategies\n, • Develop robust talent review and succession processes\n, • Drive employee engagement and career development initiatives\n, • Define and implement Castrol’s learning and capability strategy\n, • Oversee leadership development frameworks, learning programmes and capability‑building initiatives\n, • Lead the global talent acquisition strategy\n, • Develop strategic partnerships with external talent providers, educational institutions and industry networks\n Requirements\n \n, • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred\n, • Extensive experience in senior HR or Talent leadership roles, preferably within a global organisation\n, • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful talent strategies in a dynamic, complex business environment\n, • Solid understanding of core talent subject areas, including talent acquisition, talent development, performance management, employee engagement, succession planning, workforce planning and learning strategy\n, • Proven ability to apply agile ways of working and programme management disciplines to deliver enterprise‑wide talent initiatives at pace\n, • Strong analytical capability, with experience using talent data, insights and reporting tools to assess needs, identify trends and support data‑driven decisions\n, • Exceptional collaboration, communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders and diverse teams across geographies\n, • Experience leading change, building strategic partnerships and fostering creativity and innovation in talent strategies\n, • Experience in customer‑centred design applied to HR processes, creating simple, effective and engaging employee and candidate experiences\n, • Possession of a global perspective, with experience leading talent across diverse cultures, markets and operating environments\n, • Knowledge of HR data management, information security and compliance considerations relevant to talent and hiring processes\n, • Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or other operationally complex environments is highly desirable\n Core Competencies\n Demonstrates expertise in developing and executing global talent strategies, with a strong focus on Talent Management, Learning & Development, and Talent Acquisition.
