Job Title: Residential Conveyancing Paralegal Salary: £25,000-£29,000 Location: MansfieldAn excellent opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join a well-established and award-winning law firm in Sheffield. This role would suit an experienced Conveyancing Assistant or Paralegal who is confident supporting residential property transactions and is looking to develop their career within a reputable and supportive firm.About the Role You will be a key member of a friendly and collaborative Residential Property team, providing essential support on conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion. Working closely with experienced fee earners, you will handle a varied caseload and gain exposure to a full range of residential property transactions including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. This is an office-based position, offering the opportunity to benefit from hands-on training, day-to-day support, and close collaboration with colleagues. The firm is committed to developing its people and provides a strong platform for long-term progression within residential conveyancing.Key Responsibilities \n\n • Supporting residential conveyancing files from instruction through to completion\n, • Preparing and drafting legal documentation, contracts, and correspondence\n, • Conducting property searches and dealing with Land Registry requirements\n, • Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties\n, • Maintaining accurate file records and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards\n, • Providing a high level of client care and clear, timely communication\n, • Using case management systems to manage files efficiently\n, • Assisting fee earners to ensure transactions progress smoothly and efficiently\n\n About You We welcome applications from candidates who: \n\n • Have experience working within residential conveyancing, ideally as a Paralegal or Conveyancing Assistant\n, • Are organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively\n, • Have strong communication skills and are confident dealing with clients and third parties\n, • Possess excellent attention to detail\n, • Are comfortable working independently as well as part of a close-knit team\n, • Have good IT skills and experience using case management systems\n, • Are committed to delivering excellent client service\n\n Why This Role?
