The Coffee Club is open 7am-5pm which means your evenings are always free (unless we have special events on)! IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING: Responsibilities: Cover all kitchen and back house duties including breakfast menu, brunch menu and prep for daily sales. Prep and execute delivery of hotel events of up to 100 guests.     We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Catering Security Agent to support operational security and health & safety measures within our catering environment. This role will involve frequent physical activity, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will have a keen attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and a flexible, adaptable approach to duties. Part Time: (16 to 20 hrs/week) 3 to 6 days/week Job Timings: Starts 8am or 11am (3 to 4 hrs/day) Pay: £12.71 per hour Key Responsibilities Checking all the food and duty-free carts as per requirement which will involve pulling and pushing the carts Frequent sitting/standing up bending to check the food trays. Working in cold atmosphere (the workplace is in a temperature controlled at 5 degrees) Standing for long period of time and being able to record information on regulatory documents accurately Record information on regulatory documents accurately Ensure all Health & Safety responsibilities are discharged and to maintain compliance with best practice and legal requirements Carry out such other duties which may be required from time to time Maintain ongoing compliance Flexible and available according to operation needs. Required Skills and Experience The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate knowledge and use of the following essential skills: Reliable, conscientious with an eye for detail. Physically fit as job requires long hours of standing. Enthusiastic and flexible approach. Capable of working independently. Resilient with the ability to work under pressure. Flexible and available according to operation needs. Experience in working in the food industry would be an advantage. Applicant must maintain ongoing compliance in training (which will be provided). Subject to passing catering classroom training, on-the-job training.
