This is a face-to-face, target-driven role where resilience, confidence and motivation are key. The starting salary is £26,228 + uncapped commission, with some top earners making £50k£70k. Youll start with a two-week, full-time induction (MondayFriday, 9am5pm), covering product knowledge, systems and sales skills. Ongoing coaching and peer support will continue once youre out in the field. Teams are aligned to home postcode, so youll need to live within the designated catchment area. Shift patterns and expectations will be discussed during the recruitment process.
