    Salary: To be discussed – dependent on experience Location: Based in London, travelling across the UK Schedule: Flexible working hours ✨ About the Role Terani Ltd is looking for an experienced, reliable and knowledgeable Vehicle Collection & Delivery Driver to join our team. This is more than simply a driving position. We purchase vehicles from auctions and dealerships across the UK, so the successful candidate must have a good understanding of cars and be confident carrying out thorough vehicle checks before accepting and collecting a vehicle. Attention to detail is extremely important. Missing significant damage, warning lights, mechanical issues or other faults during a collection could result in a substantial financial loss to the company. 🔍 Vehicle Checks & Responsibilities You will be expected to: • Carry out a thorough inspection before collecting a vehicle., • Check the exterior for dents, scratches, paintwork issues and other damage., • Check wheels, tyres and visible brake condition., • Inspect the interior and identify any damage or missing items., • Check the dashboard for warning lights or fault messages., • Check the vehicle starts, runs and drives correctly., • Identify unusual noises, vibrations or obvious mechanical concerns., • Check vehicle mileage and fuel level., • Check keys, documents and accessories supplied with the vehicle., • Take clear photos and videos documenting the vehicle's condition., • Contact the office immediately if there are any concerns before accepting or leaving with the vehicle., • Safely collect and deliver vehicles to customers, dealerships, auctions and other locations. 🚘 Driving Requirements • Full UK driving licence., • Minimum 5+ years of driving experience., • Must be confident driving both manual and automatic vehicles., • Good knowledge and understanding of cars., • Previous motor trade, vehicle inspection, auction or collection experience is highly desirable., • Good driving record., • Clean DBS check required., • Reliable, responsible and punctual., • Professional when dealing with customers, dealerships and auction staff. 🕐 Working Hours & Travel This role does not have the same start and finish time every day. Depending on collections and deliveries, you may be required to start early or finish later on certain days. Applicants must therefore be flexible with their working hours. Long-distance travel will be required, and you may occasionally be sent to Scotland to collect or deliver a vehicle. There may also be occasional weekend work, although this is rare. 💷 Salary & Expenses Salary will be discussed during the interview and will depend on the candidate's experience and knowledge of the motor trade. All authorised work-related travel expenses will be covered by the company. ⭐ The Right Person We are looking for someone who understands that they are representing the company when collecting a vehicle. You must be trustworthy, observant and confident enough to identify potential problems with a vehicle before collection. We need someone who will take their time to properly check a vehicle rather than simply collect the keys and drive away.

The role is accountable for safeguarding, staff development, operational excellence, and achieving positive outcomes for children. Key Responsibilities 1. Leadership & Operational Management • Provide strong, child‑centred leadership that promotes safety, stability, and emotional wellbeing., • Ensure the home operates in full compliance with Children’s Homes Regulations and Quality Standards., • Maintain and regularly review the Statement of Purpose., • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and operational systems., • Ensure the home is adequately staffed at all times and manage the rota effectively., • Oversee health & safety, fire safety, and environmental risk management. 2.
