Senior Electronics Engineer\n Location: £35,000 - £55,000 Per Annum + Excellent Benefits. The Role: \n An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Electronics Engineer to join an innovative engineering and manufacturing business. Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will play a key role in the design, development and continuous improvement of electronic products, supporting projects from initial concept through to production and customer delivery. \n This is a varied, hands-on role offering the opportunity to work across the full product lifecycle while collaborating with engineering, production and technical teams. Key Responsibilities: \n\n • Design and develop analogue and digital electronic circuits and PCBs.\n, • Support products throughout the full lifecycle, from concept and prototyping to production and ongoing improvements.\n, • Review and redesign existing electronic products to meet current quality, safety and regulatory standards.\n, • Carry out fault finding to component level and support product testing and validation.\n, • Produce technical documentation, including wiring diagrams, build instructions and test procedures.\n, • Ensure products comply with relevant UK, EU and international standards.\n, • Work closely with manufacturing and engineering teams to support production and resolve technical issues.\n, • Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and new product development.\n, • Provide technical guidance and communicate complex engineering concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nAbout You: \n The successful candidate will have: \n\n • Degree (or equivalent) in Electronics Engineering.\n, • Strong experience in analogue and digital PCB design.\n, • Experience with power supplies, DC motor controls and battery chargers.\n, • Excellent fault-finding skills to component level.\n, • Experience using laboratory test equipment, including oscilloscopes, multimeters and power supplies.\n, • Knowledge of UK, EU and relevant industry standards.\n, • Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.\n, • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative engineering team.\nDesirable Skills: \n\n, • Experience with PCB design software such as EasyPC.\n, • Knowledge of Assembler, BASCOM or FlowCode programming.\n, • Experience working within a manufacturing or product development environment.\n, • CSCS, IPAF or Health & Safety qualifications.\nWhat's on Offer: \n\n, • Competitive salary\n, • Excellent career development opportunities\n, • Varied and technically challenging projects\n, • Supportive engineering team\n, • Opportunity to work on innovative products from concept to manufacture\n\n A full UK driving licence is required, along with a willingness to travel occasionally within the UK and overseas.
