Your responsibilities will include: Carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance Completing PPM, reactive repairs and installation works Fault finding and repairs across a range of electrical equipment and systems Electrical testing and inspection in line with relevant legislation and specifications Working on systems including: Lighting systems Electrical distribution boards and associated circuits Fire and intruder alarm systems Pumps, motors and control systems Building Management Systems (BMS) PAT testing HVAC systems EV systems Responding promptly to reactive call-outs from the Helpdesk Participating in an on-call rota Providing quotes for installation and repair works, including materials and labour requirements Identifying non-repairable issues and providing recommendations to the Contract Manager Updating and maintaining accurate records on the CAFM system Working in accordance with SLAs, health & safety procedures and site regulations Travelling to various customer locations as required Maintaining a professional, customer-focused approach at all times We are looking for an experienced electrical engineer who is confident working independently and enjoys the variety that a mobile FM role can offer.
