Job Description Job description: We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Assembly Worker to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for assembling, inspecting, packaging, and shipping firearms and firearm components in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate has previous manufacturing or assembly experience, enjoys hands-on work, and is committed to producing high-quality products while following strict quality and safety standards. Essential Responsibilities • Assemble firearms and firearm components using a variety of hand tools and power tools while following detailed work instructions., • Read and interpret assembly instructions, work orders, and technical documentation., • Perform quality inspections throughout the assembly process to ensure products meet company standards., • Verify serial numbers and product information to maintain traceability and accuracy., • Package completed firearms and components according to company procedures and shipping requirements., • Assemble boxes and other packaging materials as needed., • Pick, sort, organize, and stage materials for production and shipping., • Assist with shipping and receiving by unloading deliveries, verifying incoming materials, and preparing outgoing shipments., • Process customer orders by pulling materials, packing products, and staging shipments for delivery., • Scan serialized products into the ERP or warehouse management system., • Print shipping labels, packing slips, and required shipping documentation., • Maintain accurate production, inventory, and shipping records., • Monitor packaging supply levels and notify leadership when replenishment is needed., • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times., • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production goals., • Follow all company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures., • Work overtime as needed to meet production demands. Qualifications • Previous manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, or production experience preferred., • Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools., • Ability to read and follow written instructions and technical documents., • Basic computer skills; ERP or warehouse management system experience is a plus., • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products., • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, bend, and walk throughout the shift., • Excellent attendance, reliability, and teamwork skills., • Must be able to legally work in an environment involving firearms and comply with all applicable company policies and federal regulations.\nCompany Description When you work with AtWork, you’re not just submitting an application and hoping someone calls.
