The Property Manager will serve as the on-site leader responsible for the operational, financial, and regulatory performance of the portfolio. This role requires someone who can move fluidly between three distinct operating models in a single day: driving lease-up velocity and marketing at the newest community, protecting NOI and delivering a high-touch resident experience at the stabilized asset, and maintaining strict compliance at the affordable property. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in all three environments, holds properties to a luxury standard of service and presentation, and can confidently manage a team, a budget, and a diverse resident base.
