Job Description Position Summary The Local Office Associate (LOA) is the primary point of contact for daily office operations. This role ensures that the physical office environment operates seamlessly and provides high-level administrative support to agents during active real estate transactions. The LOA is cross-trained across all brokerage systems and works under the guidance of the Regional Operations Manager to maintain a highly organized, professional, and compliant environment. Key Responsibilities Agent Support • Serve as a direct resource for agent questions regarding daily office procedures, brokerage policies, and transaction workflows., • Provide guidance on all company tools and platforms (CRM, DMS, eCampaign, Digital Presentations, @home reports, CMAs, @opens, @turn reports, Adwerx, CAP program, Cre@tive Studio, Brand Boutique, Agent Endorsement Letter, etc.)., • Assist agents with marketing resources, both digital and physical., • Support agents in applying “Now What” documents and best practices into their business., • Partner with the marketing team to produce customized marketing materials., • Keep agents updated on project progress and deliverables., • Actively support a positive, professional office culture that welcomes agents, clients, and industry partners. Office Operations • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment., • Greet and assist visitors, manage incoming phone reception, route inquiries, and monitor the shared office email inbox, • Manage phone reception: answer calls, forward inquiries, and check voicemail., • Manage conference room schedules and agent workstation supplies., • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and inter-office deliveries., • Oversee office supply inventory, ordering as needed (including kitchen and cleaning supplies)., • Perform light office upkeep daily (tidying, trash removal, restocking supplies)., • Coordinate with IT for printer/copier maintenance and technology issues. MLS & Transaction Support • Input and update property listings in all MLS systems, including photos, videos, and disclosures., • Manage listing status updates for agents., • Coordinate sign installation/removal and ordering of sign panels. Administrative & Clerical Support • Maintain office files, scanning, photocopying, and collating as needed., • Assemble and bind CMA booklets and other presentation materials., • Manage and monitor the office’s shared email inbox., • Provide general organizational information to callers and visitors (directions, company info, etc.)., • Additional responsibilities to be assigned as needed.\nCompany Description Branex Group is a Minority-owned Technical Staffing firm headquartered in Auburn Hills, MI.
