Position Summary The Hourly Supervisor serves as the primary on-floor hospitality leader, responsible for supporting daily operations while ensuring exceptional guest experiences, efficient service execution, and consistent adherence to the Performance Center's hospitality standards. Qualifications & ExperienceRequired • Minimum three years of experience in hospitality, restaurant, hotel, private club, corporate dining, or luxury service environments., • Previous experience as a trainer, lead, shift leader, or supervisor preferred., • Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills., • Proven ability to motivate and coach team members., • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail., • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional guest service., • Food Handler Certification required upon employment. Part Time Scoopers at Van Leeuwen's scoop shops make $14.00 per hour + an average of an additional $10 per hour in tips!
