As a Shift Lead, you lead by example and support every team member in upholding our standard of service and providing an exceptional guest experience, every time. Key Components: Training: The position is designed to offer training and development opportunities. We're committed to preparing you for leadership by honing your skills in day-to-day management of customer experience, team management, and collaboration & execution of high-level strategic initiatives. Learning All Stations: While you'll be trained on what the Shift Lead position looks like in your first 2-4 weeks, you'll be exposed to all aspects of our operations, from the kitchen to front-facing roles, ensuring a well-rounded understanding of our business. This learning process typically takes approximately 90-180 days, and depends entirely on the candidate's performance. Open Availability and Timeliness: Dedication and flexibility are crucial in this role. Your commitment to open availability will contribute to the success of our team and your personal development. Assessment and Progression: Your performance will be consistently assessed as you learn our operations. This ongoing evaluation ensures that you are well-prepared and ready for advancement to the next level before formally placing you on our leadership team.
