Job DescriptionJob Title: Order Entry SpecialistJob Description The Order Entry Specialist enters customer orders, maintains accurate records, tracks product serial numbers, and supports daily administrative and operational activities. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, warehouse office-based environment while collaborating closely with internal teams. Responsibilities • Process incoming customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all required information is complete and correct., • Verify order information, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues promptly to maintain data integrity., • Perform data entry for orders and related information using Microsoft Office and other business systems., • Update spreadsheets regularly and maintain organized records of orders and inventory-related data., • Track product serial numbers and ensure accurate documentation for traceability and reporting., • Generate basic reports as needed to support operational and inventory-related activities., • Organize and maintain documentation for orders, inventory, and administrative processes., • Support daily operational activities, including order management and inventory-related tasks., • Provide administrative support to the team, including clerical tasks and general office duties., • Communicate effectively with internal departments, including inventory, operations, and leadership, to ensure smooth order processing., • Use CRM and ERP tools such as Salesforce and SAP to manage order and customer information, as needed., • Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines and customer expectations.Essential Skills, • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately., • High attention to detail to ensure precise data entry and record keeping., • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting., • Professional written and verbal communication skills for interaction with internal teams., • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including basic Excel skills for data entry and tracking., • Solid computer skills and comfort with frequent data-entry work., • Reliable attendance and punctuality to support consistent daily operations., • Ability to learn new systems and software quickly, including CRM and ERP tools.Additional Skills & Qualifications, • Experience in customer service or administrative support preferred., • Experience with order entry or order management processes is beneficial., • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus., • Exposure to SAP or similar ERP systems is an advantage., • Experience working in a warehouse or operational environment is helpful., • Comfort working with inventory-related data and serial number tracking.Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Richland Hills, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
