Job Description Job Title: Warehouse Worker - WEEKLY PAY $18 TO $20 AN HOUR Job Description The Warehouse Worker accurately prepares cleaning and sanitation solutions, supports production and warehouse operations, and ensures a clean, safe, and organized work area. This role involves frequent forklift use, material handling, and adherence to safety and quality procedures within a busy production facility. Responsibilities • Accurately weigh, measure, and mix raw materials to produce cleaning and sanitation solutions according to batch sheets and formulas., • Operate forklifts safely to move raw materials, finished products, and supplies throughout the facility., • Load and unload materials from trucks and staging areas in a safe and efficient manner., • Maintain cleanliness and organization of batching, production, and surrounding work areas., • Monitor equipment during operation to ensure proper function and promptly report any issues to maintenance or supervision., • Follow all safety procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe chemical handling practices., • Complete required production and quality control documentation accurately and on time., • Assist with inventory counts and material tracking to support accurate stock levels., • Perform other production-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor to support overall operations. Essential Skills • At least 6 months of forklift operating experience., • Warehouse production or general warehouse experience., • Ability to lift 50–75 lbs on a regular basis., • Strong written communication skills for completing documentation and following written instructions., • Strong verbal communication skills for coordinating with supervisors and team members., • Basic understanding of safe material handling and workplace safety practices. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Batching or chemical manufacturing experience is preferred but not required., • Experience working in production environments involving cleaning or sanitation solutions is a plus., • Comfort working in a busy, congested facility with active material movement., • Attention to detail when following batch sheets, formulas, and quality procedures., • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting. The setting is active and fast-paced, with frequent movement of materials and ongoing production activities. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brandon, SD. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
