Operating within a complex, multi-entity environment, the business is committed to maintaining high standards of financial control, governance and reporting while continuing to invest in process improvement and finance transformation initiatives.Your new roleIn your new role as Financial Reporting Manager, you will provide strategic leadership across accounting, tax and internal controls, ensuring the function is appropriately structured, resourced and operating effectively. You will be responsible for overseeing all accounting operations, leading the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with IFRS, UK GAAP and statutory requirements. Acting as the key contact for external auditors and senior stakeholders, you will provide technical accounting expertise, maintain oversight of tax and reporting activities, and drive continuous improvement across systems, processes and controls. You will also play a key role in finance transformation initiatives, supporting the ongoing evolution of the finance function while developing and leading a high-performing team within a complex, multi-entity environment.What you'll need to succeedYou will be a qualified accountant ACA or ACCA with a strong technical accounting background and significant experience operating within a complex, multi-entity environment. You will have a proven track record of leading high performing finance teams, delivering accurate financial reporting and maintaining robust controls, governance and compliance frameworks. The successful candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP, alongside experience managing statutory accounts, audits, consolidations and tax related activities.
