This role could be your perfect fit.The Role: As an Associate Civil Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in both project management and business development. You'll lead multidisciplinary teams, manage key client relationships, oversee high-quality technical delivery, and mentor engineers at various stages of their careers.Responsibilities:\n\n • Lead the delivery of complex civil engineering projects across multiple sectors\n, • Oversee detailed design of infrastructure, drainage, and highway schemes\n, • Manage and develop client relationships, ensuring a high standard of service\n, • Line-manage and mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering growth and accountability\n, • Support business development and contribute to proposals and bids\n, • Work closely with directors to support the strategic growth of the Civils division\nProject Sectors Include:\n\n, • Commercial\n, • Healthcare\n, • Residential\n, • Conservation & Heritage\n, • Infrastructure and Urban Regeneration\nAbout the Company: This progressive consultancy was established with the goal of delivering engineering solutions the right way, prioritising quality, client relationships, and technical excellence.
