    Long-term job starting Monday! Start Date: Monday 24th August 2026 Shift Pattern: Your ongoing role is Thursday to Sunday nights, every week. To help us bring the new route up to speed, you'll also work four extra paid shifts: Monday 24th August, Tuesday 25th August, Tuesday 1st September and Wednesday 2nd September. From Thursday 3rd September, the role settles into Thursday to Sunday nights only, ongoing. From time to time you may also be offered extra nights to cover a colleague's sickness or holiday, though this is never a requirement. Start Time: 18:00 (plus or minus an hour if you'd prefer) Pay Rate: £20.00 per hour Monday to Saturday, and £21.00 per hour Sundays and Bank Holidays (inclusive of holiday and sick pay). You will be paid via PAYE. Vehicle: Class 1 Articulated Vehicle Job Summary: This is an ongoing nightly trunking role. You'll collect the vehicle from base and drive up to two collection points. At both collection points, site staff will load the trailer. Your job is simply to decouple the cab from the trailer and wait while loading is completed. Once both collections are done, you'll drive down to the delivery site, located very close to base. You'll be required to assist with unloading pallets using a pallet truck before returning the vehicle to base at the end of the shift. Shift Length: The average shift length is around 12 hours, and this is the same run each day. Requirements: • Hi-vis clothing and safety boots must be worn at all times., • A professional and punctual approach is expected., • Please be respectful and courteous with customers and site staff., • Maintain good communication with us so we can help manage any unexpected situations. Responsibilities include: • Driving your team in a company car, • Cleaning customers’ homes to a consistently high standard, • Liaising with customers and ensuring they are satisfied with the service, • Guiding assistants and checking that work is completed correctly, • Managing navigation and time effectively, • Ensuring the company car and cleaning equipment are properly maintained You will need: • At least six months’ experience in the cleaning industry, • Excellent attention to detail and high standards of work, • Leadership and communication skills, • Excellent customer service skills, • A full, clean manual UK driving licence, • Fluent spoken English, due to the communication required in the role This is a full-time, permanent employed position. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
