The Role As a Property Manager, you'll oversee a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring an exceptional experience for both landlords and tenants while keeping tenancies running smoothly from start to finish. Key responsibilities include: • Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties, • Handling landlord and tenant enquiries, • Coordinating maintenance and contractor works, • Conducting property inspections, • Managing tenancy applications and progression, • Monitoring rent payments and arrears, • Ensuring compliance with relevant property legislation About You We're looking for a proactive and organised Property Manager who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering outstanding customer service.
