\n About the Company \n \n We are currently seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our expanding litigation team. The firm offers excellent career progression opportunities together with an attractive performance-based bonus scheme. \n \n About the Role \n \n Assist fee earners with the management of civil litigation matters from inception through to conclusion. \n \n Responsibilities \n \n\n • Manage your own caseload where appropriate.\n, • Draft pleadings, witness statements, applications, and legal correspondence.\n, • Prepare court bundles and disclosure documents.\n, • Issue proceedings and file documents with the courts.\n, • Draft costs schedules where required.\n, • Liaise with clients, counsel, barristers, and the courts.\n, • Advise clients on litigation procedures and risks under supervision.\n, • Deliver exceptional client care throughout the litigation process.\n, • Meet agreed performance and file progression targets.\n\n \n Qualifications \n \n\n • Minimum 6M-3 years of experience in litigation. Preferably in Housing Litigation.\n, • Strong knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR).\n, • Experience drafting court documents and legal correspondence.\n, • Ability to issue proceedings independently.\n, • Understanding of litigation costs and associated risks.\n, • Commercially aware with a pragmatic approach to case management.\n, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.\n, • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple files effectively.\n\n \n Required Skills \n \n\n • Strong knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR).\n, • Experience drafting court documents and legal correspondence.\n, • Ability to issue proceedings independently.\n, • Understanding of litigation costs and associated risks.\n, • Commercially aware with a pragmatic approach to case management.\n, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.\n, • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple files effectively.\n\n \n Preferred Skills \n \n\n • Experience in a collaborative and professional working environment.\n\n \n Pay range and compensation package \n \n Competitive salary of up to £35,000.
