37.5 hours admin per week Hybrid working, with some direct support to cover shifts and on call dutiesFull-time salary £29,214 per annumThis is a peripatetic role, offering the opportunity to work across any of Bethphage's existing or future services. As the position is primarily administrative remotely, there may be occasions when direct support is required to meet service needs. Working closely with the Roving Service Manager, you will support the day-to-day management and operation of the Roving Support Team, helping to ensure services run smoothly and effectively. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of care, quality, and compliance in line with Bethphage's policies and procedures, and will participate in the on-call rota as required.This is a dynamic and varied role, ideal for someone who is flexible, organised, and passionate about delivering high-quality support that enhances the lives of the people we support.
