Having grown substantially over the past 2 years we are looking to recruit staff ready for the continuation of growth into 2026 The bar is an upmarket, 60 seater intimate space that caters to the local workers through the week and is booked privately most Fridays and Saturdays. The Role We are looking for an experienced, responsible and commercially minded Supervisor to take ownership of the day-to-day operation of our intimate cocktail bar in Bank. This is not a back-office management position. It is a highly hands-on role, with the majority of each service spent on the floor: welcoming guests, managing the customer experience, driving sales and supporting smooth service. You will work alongside one other member of staff, so you must be comfortable leading by example and getting involved in every aspect of the operation. Cocktails account for approximately 90% of our sales, making a strong cocktail background essential. Key Responsibilities Provide accurate, up-to-date immigration advice to clients across visa categories (e.g. Skilled Worker, Student, Family, Visitor, ILR/Settlement) Assess client eligibility and advise on the most suitable immigration route Prepare, review, and submit visa applications, supporting documents, and representations Draft administrative review and appeal letters where required Liaise with clients, caseworkers, and relevant authorities throughout the application process Maintain accurate case files and ensure all advice is compliant with OISC/IAA Code of Standards Keep up to date with changes in immigration law, rules, and Home Office guidance Manage a caseload independently while meeting deadlines and service standards Essential Requirements OISC accreditation at Level 1, 2, or 3 (specify level required for the role), or Membership of the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA), or Qualified Solicitor (having completed SQE1/SQE2 or equivalent qualifying law course) with right to practise in immigration law Strong working knowledge of the Immigration Rules and Home Office processes Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously Desirable Experience with Skilled Worker, Global Talent, Student, or Settlement applications Multilingual ability (e.g. Hindi, Urdu, Gujarati) an advantage Experience working in a fast-paced consultancy environment

The ideal candidate must have strong experience working in a highly busy restaurant kitchen environment and be confident in preparing a wide range of dishes including: South Indian: Idli, Vada, Dosa, Sambhar, Chutneys North Indian & Punjabi: Halwa Puri, Chole Bhature, Parathas Tandoor: Tandoori Roti, Naan, Kulcha and other Indian breads Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and cook high-quality pure vegetarian Indian dishes., • Manage daily food preparation for morning service., • Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control., • Prepare fresh batters, doughs, gravies, chutneys, sambhar and fillings., • Operate dosa tawa, paratha tawa, tandoor and other kitchen equipment safely., • Maintain excellent hygiene, food safety and cleanliness standards., • Follow kitchen procedures, stock rotation and food labelling., • Support the team during busy service periods., • Ensure all dishes are prepared quickly, correctly and to restaurant standards., • Help with kitchen organisation and daily prep planning.
