About you You may already be working as an HR Manager, or you could be an accomplished Senior HR Business Partner ready to take on broader team leadership and functional responsibility. You'll need: Proven experience in a senior generalist HR position. Previous experience managing, coaching and developing an HR team. Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice. Experience managing complex employee relations matters. A track record of supporting organisational change, restructures and consultation. Confidence partnering with and influencing senior stakeholders. Experience across talent, workforce planning, employee engagement and organisational development. An understanding of reward, salary benchmarking, pay reviews and benefits. Experience overseeing recruitment and talent acquisition activity. Confidence using HR systems and people data to support decisions.
