Alongside our soft play frames and sensory areas, guests find our wonderful café ,treatment rooms, wellness studios, and The Den, our dog-friendly lounge. We're looking for a hands-on General Manager to lead the site as we grow. The Opportunity As General Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day running of the whole site; café, soft play, reception, treatment rooms, studios, and The Den. You'll hold real accountability for site performance, with genuine interest to invest in the product, the team, and the customer experience. This is a hands-on leadership role: we need someone who leads from the front, is visible on the floor, and sets the standard the rest of the team follows. You'll report directly to our CEO and run the site with real independence, backed by a framework that lets you make decisions and back them with evidence.
