IT Operations Manager Norwich (Minimum 2 days onsite) £55k-£60k This is an opportunity for an experienced IT Operations professional to take a lead role across service desk, infrastructure and day-to-day technology operations. You'll be responsible for making sure services are well run, resilient and delivering what the organisation needs, while also having the influence to improve how IT operates. Team management is a large part of this role, but it is much more than managing a service desk. You'll have responsibility for people, suppliers, service performance, budgets, major incidents and operational strategy, with plenty of scope to make meaningful improvements.
