A highly reputable company based in Nottingham is currently seeking to recruit a professional and commercially aware Project Coordinator to strengthen their Technical teams. Key Duties & Responsibilities Include: • Provide day-to-day administrative support to project teams and senior members of the business., • Assist with project administration, including setting up new projects, maintaining records and ensuring information is kept accurate and up to date., • Support project-related financial processes, including purchase orders, invoicing, financial tracking and monitoring project expenditure., • Assist with the reconciliation and processing of invoices, ensuring relevant records and documentation are maintained., • Monitor project actions, deadlines and deliverables, following up with relevant individuals where necessary to ensure activities remain on track., • Support the coordination of approvals and submissions, working with internal colleagues and external contacts to ensure requirements are met within agreed timescales., • Maintain accurate project documentation and assist with document control, including registers, filing systems and electronic document management., • Coordinate meetings, site visits and other project-related activities, ensuring the necessary arrangements and documentation are in place., • Provide diary and meeting coordination support to senior colleagues where required., • Assist with travel and accommodation arrangements and other general office administration. Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required: • Previous experience within a project coordination or similar administrative office-based role., • GCSE passes (or equivalent) in English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above., • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines., • Excellent attention to detail, particularly when working with financial information, documentation and project records., • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook., • Confident communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, clients and external stakeholders.
