    We’re looking for a passionate, motivated and personable Sports Therapist / Massage Therapist to join the team at London Massage & Movement. This role is ideal for someone who wants more than simply delivering back-to-back massage treatments. We’re looking for a therapist who is interested in understanding why clients are experiencing pain or movement problems and helping them progress through treatment, rehabilitation and ongoing maintenance. The Role You’ll work with a varied client base, ranging from people dealing with everyday aches, pains and postural issues through to gym-goers, runners and recreational and professional athletes. Depending on your qualifications and experience, your role may include: • Sports massage and deep tissue massage, • Injury assessment and treatment, • Movement and postural assessment, • Rehabilitation and corrective exercise, • Mobility and movement sessions, • Strength and conditioning-based rehabilitation, • Developing rehabilitation programmes, • Supporting clients returning to training and sport, • Ongoing maintenance and injury-prevention treatment, • Providing excellent client education and aftercare You’ll be responsible for managing your own clients while working as part of the wider LMM team. What We’re Looking For We want someone who is passionate about what they do and genuinely wants to continue developing as a therapist. You should be: • Professional, reliable and organised, • Friendly, confident and comfortable communicating with clients, • Passionate about health, movement, rehabilitation and performance, • Able to build strong long-term relationships with clients, • Comfortable working independently while also contributing to a team, • Willing to learn and develop your clinical skills, • Proactive about building and maintaining your client base, • Committed to delivering a consistently high standard of service Experience is valuable, but equally important to us is your attitude, personality and willingness to learn. Qualifications Applicants should hold a recognised qualification relevant to the position, such as Sports Massage, Sports Therapy or a similar therapy qualification. Additional qualifications or experience in rehabilitation, personal training, strength & conditioning, corrective exercise or movement assessment would be beneficial.
