Them come join us and measure the impact of your talent and energy in realizing an ambitious and sustainable company project!#IWorkForAllForGoodLOCATION & CONTRACTSuresnes (France – 92)Permanent contract (CDI), available as soon as possibleMAIN RESPONSIBILITIESWithin the Group Purchasing Department, we are recruiting a Group Capex Buyer (M/F).Reporting to a Capex Purchasing Manager, you will be responsible for managing Capex purchasing projects as well as related purchasing categories.Your main responsibilities will include:Define and deploy sourcing strategiesConsolidate needs at Group level to define and implement category strategiesManage strategic suppliers directly within SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) frameworksLead Capex purchasing projectsManage Capex projects across several industrial sites, covering the full purchasing process from initial requirements to project completion:Breaking down projects into purchasing packagesSupplier sourcing, RFQs and tendersCosting, offer analysis and supplier selectionNegotiation and contract draftingClaims management and supplier performance evaluationManage supplier panels and market intelligenceMonitor markets and optimize supplier panels by categoryIdentify new suppliersManage and monitor strategic suppliers (evaluation and performance management)Ensure compliance and continuous improvementEnsure compliance with purchasing processes, ethics and confidentiality rulesDevelop and implement purchasing toolsTrack performance indicators to ensure effective activity managementPROFILEMaster’s degree (Engineering – preferably agro/agri – or Business), ideally complemented by a specialization in Purchasing (MAI, DESMA or equivalent)Minimum 5 years of experience in Capex purchasing within the food industry or a similar industrial environmentSKILLS & COMPETENCIES5 years of experience in capital expenditures (Capex) procurement in the food industry (or a similar sector).Strong project management mindsetExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (multiple internal and external stakeholders)Ability to manage multiple topics and projects simultaneouslyDynamic, agile and reactive, able to quickly switch between projectsInternational exposure is a plus / Fluent in French and EnglishWillingness to travel occasionally in France and abroadIf you think that this job is for you, please click now on the button "Apply".
